Elianna has a fair complexion, with the common Betazoid trait of black irises. Her hair is generally pulled or pinned back out of her face and she can usually be found in typical medical department attiredurign work. When off duty, she leaves her hair loose and tends to dress in more comfortable and casual attire. She is small but strong, she keeps fit by swimming and exercising regularly. She has a small tattoo on the inside of her left wrist of an intricate black diamond pattern, representing the four deities of Betazed.

Jasse Kestran is a Daughter of the Third House of Betazed, so it was unsurprising that her daughter pursued a career in medicine. Jasse herself served as a diplomat, skilled in helping negotiate peace treaties, she was often called upon by her government when the Betazoids were requested to arbitrate a conflict. Elianna’s father holds a position at the University of Betazed, teaching Biology. He holds various honors for his work in academics. Her brother Jeron lives a less notable life, serving as a minor Minister in the Office of Domestic Affairs, in the Health and Well-Being division. He is bretrothed to Lanari Tryxt as his genetically chosen mate from the Thirteenth House of Betazed. Her spouse is stationed elsewhere; his files are classified.

Educational History:
Elianna studied medicine at The University of Betazed. She was accelerated in her academics and started her medical training at the age of just 16, graduating six years later at the age of 22. She graduated third in her class, being granted all honors as a Physician and with a minor in medical research.

Elianna then chose to enter Starfleet Academy, wishing to pursue a career as a Doctor with Starfleet and to enlist as an officer.
