Physical Description:
Would pass for a human if not for the Zaldan webbed hands. He is tall, well built, with a broad chest. He has short black hair, often looking a little messy despite any effort to tidy it up.

Family & Personal History:
Raazni was born on Ricktor Prime, a Zaldan colony located between the United Federation of Planets and the Cardassian Union. When Raazni was seven, it was the location of a battle between the Cardassian/Dominion Alliance and the Federation, and he and his family were forced to evacuate to Betazed. Soon after, Betazed was also attacked and occupied by the Dominion until the end of the war. His parents still live on Betazed; they find it a comfort that people are honest and open compared to other people they've met - traits the Zaldans admire.

Educational History:
Raazni showed interest in being a diplomat when young, but soon gave up on that idea when he was too honest with a Jem'hadar soldier stationed on Betazed during the occupation... He soon found that machines don't get offended as easily as people, and developed an interest in engineering instead.
